Terms & Waiver

By participating in a guided ride with Orlando Bike Tours LLC, I agree to the following terms.

1. Assumption of Risk

• I understand that cycling in an urban environment involves inherent risks, including uneven road surfaces, traffic, weather, and the actions of other people.
• I am voluntarily choosing to participate in this activity with full knowledge of the risks involved.
• I accept full responsibility for my own safety and decisions during the tour.

2. Equipment

• I understand that I am fully responsible for the bike and any gear provided to me for the entire duration of the tour, including during stops.
• If the bike or equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged while in my care (whether through accident, neglect, or misuse), I agree to pay the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined by the equipment provider or Orlando Bike Tours.
• I will handle the equipment responsibly and let the guide know immediately if anything doesn’t seem right with the bike before or during the ride.

3. Minors on Tours

• Riders under 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian, who will also agree to this waiver on their behalf.
• Public tours are open to riders aged 12 and up. Private tours are available for riders of any age.

4. Conduct & Personal Responsibility

• Some tours include stops at bars or venues where alcohol may be served. I understand that it is my responsibility to make choices that allow me to ride safely and responsibly.
• The guide is there to create a fun and safe experience for everyone. If my behavior puts the group or myself at risk, I may be asked to leave the tour early without refund or return transportation.

5. Photos & Video

• I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the tour and used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.
• If I prefer not to be photographed, I will let the guide know at the beginning of the tour.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• If I cancel 24 hours or more before my tour, I am eligible for a full refund.
• If I cancel within 24 hours, or if I no-show, I will not receive a refund, but I may reschedule for another available date.
• All reschedules depend on availability and must be confirmed with Orlando Bike Tours.

7. Health & Ability

• I confirm that I am physically able to participate in a 3-hour, easy-paced city bike ride.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to let the guide know if I have any health conditions that could affect my ability to participate safely.

8. Medical Emergencies & Insurance

• I understand that if I am injured or unable to seek help, a guide may call emergency services on my behalf, and I am responsible for any and all medical expenses that result.
• I acknowledge that I am not covered by any insurance through Orlando Bike Tours LLC for injury, accident, medical care, or loss of personal property. If I want coverage, it is my responsibility to arrange it on my own.

9. SMS & WhatsApp Communications

At the time of booking, you may opt in to receive text messages from Orlando Bike Tours LLC by checking the consent box on the booking form. Opting in is voluntary and not required to complete your booking.

If you opt in, you will receive customer care messages related to your reservation only. These messages are not marketing communications. Messages you may receive include: booking confirmations, pre-tour reminders, waiver links, weather-related updates or cancellation notices, and post-tour follow-up messages.

US and Canada phone numbers will receive messages via SMS. International phone numbers will receive messages via WhatsApp.

• Message frequency: Typically 2–5 messages per reservation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts.
• For help: Reply HELP or contact us at ride@orlandobiketours.co or 407.970.2283.
• Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing a tour or any other goods or services.
• Messages are sent via Twilio. Standard carrier message and data rates apply.

10. Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in an Orlando Bike Tours guided ride, I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Orlando Bike Tours LLC, its owners, employees, guides, contractors, and equipment providers from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or other claims that may arise from my participation in this bike tour, including claims arising from negligence.

This includes (but is not limited to) accidents, collisions, theft, weather conditions, road hazards, personal decisions, or any interactions with others during the ride or at any stop.

I have read and understand this agreement. I accept all terms above. I am signing voluntarily and agree to ride at my own risk.
